Laura Schnarr is a marketing and creative strategist in downtown Colorado Springs who blends a graphic design background with sharp marketing strategy to lead bold, brand-focused campaigns. After working in-house, agency-side and as a freelancer, Laura co-founded Neon Pig Creative in 2017, an agency known for daring ideas and award-winning work.

Across a 14-year career Laura Schnarr has taken home a multitude of ADDY Awards, a GDUSA Packaging Design award, the Next Generation Icon Award, Creative Strategist of the Year, and the AAF Silver Medal. In 2026 she was named Best of the West Media Professional by AAF Western Region. Neon Pig Creative has built its own shelf, including ADDY Best of Show, Judges Choices and the Best Creative Agency Icon Award.

Her passion for community and mentorship shows in volunteer work with AAF Colorado, Give! Pikes Peak and AIGA, where she has served in a variety of roles on committees and boards, and in the classroom, as a graphic design instructor at Pikes Peak State College.

Off the clock, Laura is shredding the slopes, hitting the trails for a run, or spiking volleyballs, an insufferable Avs fan who'll be friends with anyone over a craft brew or good wine.
